Firecheck Flame Retardant Spray is a professional water-based treatment designed to improve fire resistance on a wide range of absorbent materials including fabrics, paper, scenery, props, drapes, and soft furnishings.

Widely used across theatre, live events, film, schools, exhibitions, themed attractions, and venue installations, Firecheck provides a simple and effective way to help reduce flame spread on treated surfaces.

The ready-to-use formula is colourless, odourless, non-toxic, and dries to an invisible finish with no sheen, making it ideal for scenic and decorative applications where appearance matters.

Available in multiple sizes including 750ml spray bottles, 5 litre refills, and 25 litre bulk containers, plus a convenient 5L refill with empty applicator spray bottle.

Application Advice

Apply a fine, even mist to all exposed surfaces of the material being treated. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application.

Drying time is typically around 1 hour per coat with full drying achieved within 24 hours depending on environmental conditions.

Always test on a small inconspicuous area first to confirm compatibility and finish.
