Our goal at Going Dark Shop is to deliver your order quickly, securely, and affordably. This policy explains how we handle delivery, processing times, and international shipping options.
1) Overview
All orders are processed and dispatched from the UK by Going Dark Ltd, trading as Going Dark Shop. We currently deliver to addresses within the UK and can provide quotes for international delivery upon request.
2) Processing Times
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3) UK Delivery
We offer a range of delivery options throughout the UK via trusted courier and postal services.
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days (Royal Mail or Courier Service)
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)
- Click & Collect / Trade Pickup: Currently not available
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, size, and location.
4) Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard UK Shipping on orders over £100 (including VAT). This is automatically applied at checkout. Orders below this amount will incur the standard delivery charge displayed during checkout.
5) International Orders
We are happy to quote for international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at shop@goingdark.uk with your order details and delivery address. We will confirm available options, delivery times and costs before you place your order.
6) Tracking & Delivery Issues
Most parcels are sent with tracking information. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. If your tracking indicates a problem or you haven’t received your order after the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
7) Lost or Delayed Parcels
In the unlikely event your parcel is lost or delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims for lost parcels must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Replacements or refunds will be issued once the carrier confirms non-delivery.
