Compact and versatile, the RC4 LumenDimM6 is designed for smooth RGBWW and RGBAWW LED control, offering enhanced colour management profiles similar to those found in Arri, Kino Flo and Astera fixtures. It includes advanced hue and colour-temperature control, RC4 Cross-Fade functionality, HSL colour mixing, and the powerful RC4 Flkr Engine™.
Each RC4 LumenDimM6 is supplied complete with one 1dBi antenna.
Overview
The RC4 LumenDimM6 is a compact 6-channel wireless DMX dimmer built around the LumenRadio CRMX / CRMX2 wireless platform. Designed for props, costumes, scenic practicals and film applications, it provides exceptionally smooth 19-bit LED dimming, enhanced hue and colour-temperature control profiles, and comprehensive wireless RDM (Remote Device Management) support.
All RC4 LumenDim devices feature a genuine LumenRadio TiMo CRMX2 receiver, ensuring reliable wireless DMX performance and compatibility with leading CRMX systems.

Enhanced Colour & Motion Picture Control
The six-channel output configuration is ideal for advanced RGBAWW colour mixing systems, combining red, green, blue, amber, warm white and cool white LED sources.
The RC4 Wireless Hue/Saturation/Level (HSL) Controller provides exceptionally accurate colour rendering throughout the dimming range by maintaining precise primary colour ratios, even at extremely low intensity levels.
Enhanced Motion Picture Control Profiles deliver operation similar to high-end film and television fixtures from manufacturers such as Arri and Kino Flo, offering intuitive hue and colour-temperature adjustment for professional production environments.
Digital Persistence™
Lighting designers often prefer the warmth and natural fade behaviour of incandescent and halogen lamps. RC4 Digital Persistence™ recreates this characteristic with LED sources, producing smooth, natural-looking fades with selectable persistence settings that emulate different lamp types and filament sizes.
Connectivity
Screw terminals provide connection for DC power input, two positive output groups (+ABC and +DEF), and six independent negative dimmer outputs (-A through -F).
The dimmers switch on the negative side of the circuit, making the LumenDimM6 ideal for common-anode LED tape installations. Output voltage closely matches the DC input voltage with minimal loss across the device’s 16A total power handling capacity.
The integrated 3.5mm mini DMX port supports both DMX input and output functions using RC4 adaptor cables, including 3-pin and 5-pin XLR options. The unit can output DMX to nearby fixtures or operate as a wired dimmer.
Comprehensive RDM support includes E1.37 dimmer configuration extensions and live monitoring of voltage, current and temperature data.
