Power & Control Notes
- Plan PSU capacity at 26 W/m worst case (all channels full). A full 5 m reel can draw up to ~130 W—allow headroom.
- Not recommended to drive all five channels at 100% simultaneously for extended periods, as this can overheat the copper PCB.
- Use a 5-channel controller (RGB + W + WW). PWM compatible.
- Observe correct polarity: the black wire is +24V common.

Can I run a full 5 m from one end?
Yes, but for best uniformity on full-power looks, power-inject or feed both ends—especially when using white channels at high output.
Which controller do I need?
Any 5-channel constant-voltage PWM controller (RGB + W + WW). DMX/Art-Net nodes with 5 CV outputs are ideal for theatre.
Is this suitable for outdoor?
This listing is for IP20 (indoor). For splash-resistance, choose an IP65/IP67 variant.
What tails are included?
